You're here. You can feel the weight of your body, comfortably settled, and it's a very good thing to take this moment just for yourself. Do you notice the temperature of the air on your skin, or perhaps hear distant sounds? It's these small details of the outside world that help you center yourself, knowing that nothing important will be missed, because you will now focus inward.
And as your eyes glide over these lines, you can begin to gently release the tension you didn't even realize you were carrying. Maybe it's in your shoulders, or maybe just behind your eyes, and there's no need to force yourself to release it right away. You simply let that thought of release flow through you, like warm water diffusing, at exactly the speed that's best for you.
You breathe. And you know you're breathing, and you don't need to think about it, because your body knows how to breathe perfectly on its own. Notice how steady your breathing is, and maybe it's getting a little slower, a little deeper, now that you realize it . An inhalation that brings you what you need, and an exhalation that takes away what is no longer needed. It's simple, it's easy, and it's perfect for this inner journey you 've chosen to undertake.
You can now feel the calm thickening around you, like a black velvet sheet enveloping you, protecting you from the hustle and bustle outside. This is your space, your sanctuary.
Now imagine, just beneath your feet, a path. It is not a path of stone or sand, it is a track woven with ancient roots , deeply anchored in the earth. This path calls you inward, to that place where your shadow meets your light, the place of the Black Rose .
As you begin to descend this path—perhaps it's just a sensation of gentle sliding, or perhaps the mere idea of the descent is enough—you may notice that each step, or each thought of steps, takes you twice as deep into your own truth.
You let the numbers fade away : 10, 9, 8... And the more the numbers fade, the clearer the images become or the sensations intensify. 7, 6, 5... You get closer to the heart of the forest, where daylight no longer penetrates, where only the light of the inner star is needed. 4, 3, 2, 1...
You arrive at a clearing. It is not empty, but it is vast. In the center, you perceive the existence of a figure. It is not a person as you know them, but the incarnation of a primal power, the one called Lilith .
She doesn't need to look at you for you to know she welcomes you. She is the non-negotiable space of your being, the pure will that refuses to bow down to exist. She is the echo of the First Woman who said NO to what diminished her, and YES to her own worth.
Lilith is there, not as an answer, but as an open question . She is the hunger that drives you forward, the lack that makes you desire the truth. She is the cause of your desire for authenticity.
You may notice that she doesn't smile at you, and she doesn't give you orders. Her gaze, if it looks at you, is not judgmental, it is simply revealing . She is not complete, because her very essence is to never be contained, never finished, never enough for the outside gaze, and this is her unshakeable strength .
You 're going to prepare to speak to her. It doesn't matter how articulate or right the words are; she hears the language of skin, bone, and blood. And as you get closer—or as she gets closer—you can feel the electricity of non-negotiable freedom.
She won't say anything right away. You're the one who speaks the words you need to hear.
She stands there. And the silence she creates is the heaviest, richest silence you've ever encountered. This silence invites you.
The silence stretches. And in that silence, you can allow yourself to hear his voice. It's not a sound in your ears, it's a resonance in your gut, or maybe a shiver down your spine.
She doesn't ask you who you are. She asks you:
“What color is the door you were told never to open?”
You don't need to think about the answer. Simply, an image, a sensation, or a word comes. A color. A texture. A material. This is your first Signifier . The door is the place of your prohibition.
You let the color appear. It's there.
And Lilith, who is the lack, the thirst for truth, asks you without asking you :
“What is the lock made of? Is it gold, rust, or just moss?”
The lock is the Script , the prohibition that holds you back. Is it something precious (attachment to approval)? Something old and worn (an old fear)? Or something illusory (the moss)?
You feel the material. You know it .
And with a movement that is not physical, Lilith shows you your own reflection, not in a mirror, but in a surface of black, calm water :
“When you last looked at yourself, what word did you use to define yourself? Was it a name someone gave you, or a verb you chose?”
This is the difference between being an Object (Noun) and being an Acting Subject (Verb) . The secret of agency lies there.
You let the word float in the dark water. Noun or Verb.
You can breathe that word in now. And as you breathe it in, you realize that that word, whether noun or verb, is the beginning of the sentence you're writing, right now .
Lilith, your inner sovereignty, encourages you to generate a new Signifier, a new meaning, which will lead you to Knowledge .
She whispers, with a voice that is yours, but that you have never dared to hear:
“What is the silent price of your conformity? Not money, but the sensation you had to bury to remain wise? Where does that sensation rest in your body?”
The buried feeling is the key. Is it a heaviness in the stomach? A coldness in the chest? A lump in the throat?
You can feel the exact spot. And you know that identifying it is the first step toward liberation.
And now, Lilith asks you without forcing you :
“If what you buried was a spark, and that spark demanded the right to be, what would be its most urgent demand? Does the spark demand noise, space, or stillness?”
Let the urgency of the spark express itself. It is your unnegotiated YES .
You may wonder what this YES means for the word you chose earlier (the Noun or the Verb). If the spark asks for space, how can the Noun (Object) breathe? If it asks for noise, how can the Verb (Subject) be silent?
Now you will gather these fragments: the color of the door, the material of the lock, the word that defines you, and the demand of the spark. It is possible that, effortlessly, these four elements will come together, forming an image, a sentence, or a new certainty that is the New Knowledge that Lilith wanted you to discover.
Take three deep breaths to seal this new certainty. You now know what needs to be said, and more importantly, what needs to be done.
Lilith moves away without leaving . She is still there, in that non-negotiable space within you. She is no longer a lack, she is alignment.
You prepare to climb back up the path. Each number that comes back lightens you a little more and makes you twice as present to reality, but this time with your New Knowledge anchored within you.
One... You feel the energy of the spark in your heart.
Two... Lilith's silence becomes a quiet force in your center.
Three... You hear the familiar sounds again, the ones that connect you to the outside world.
Four... You remember the material of the lock, and now you know how to dissolve it.
Five, six... You feel the temperature of the air on your skin, a sensation amplified by the inner clarity.
Seven, eight... You can start moving your fingers and toes slightly, gently, without rushing.
Nine, Ten... You are back, fully present , and you can open your eyes.
The New Knowledge you have discovered does not need to be perfectly formulated in words right away. It is an intuition, a new way of being that will continue to unfold in your future actions, because you allow it .
